Tyne Valley MTB Cycling: Constitution

Health and Safety Policy

Mountain biking is an inherently dangerous sport which all club members accept. Tyne Valley MTB Cycling’s Health and Safety Policy takes account of this potential risk factor in all aspects of the activities it organises including on site work parties and any contractual responsibilities it undertakes.

Project Working Practices

This document sets out the roles and responsibilities of Project Managers (PMs), club members and volunteers when working together on any work project undertaken in the name of Tyne Valley MTB.

Equality Statement

This policy has been prepared as part of Tyne Valley MTB Cycling club’s willingness to ensure discrimination plays no part in the club’s structure and life. More importantly, it stands as a statement of our belief that all forms of discrimination are immoral, divisive and harmful, and are fundamentally incompatible with modern day living.

Sustainability Policy

Tyne Valley MTB Cycling is committed to promoting sustainability. Concern for the environment and promoting a broader sustainability agenda are integral to all aspects of the club’s activities and the management of the club.
